HDR’s Lauderdale Named New Drinking Water Market Sector Leader
January 2, 2014 – Chance Lauderdale has been named HDR’s new drinking water market sector leader. The former business class director for water treatment, Lauderdale will continue to operate out of the Denver office. He joined HDR in 2013.
In his new position, Lauderdale will lead the plan to expand and provide design and engineering services to drinking water agencies and clients globally, with a strong focus on North America.
He is experienced in diverse regional issues, and water policy and practice. While he has special interest in biofiltration practices, he has experience across multiple technical practices with water utilities, industry experts, government officials and nonprofits, including AWWA and the Water Research Foundation.
A professional engineer, Lauderdale received a bachelor of science, master of engineering and a doctor of philosophy degrees in environmental engineering, all from the University of Florida.
