HDR Promotes Carol A. Bellinger to Transportation Real Estate Services Director
October 22, 2014 – Carol A. Bellinger has been promoted to HDR’s Transportation Real Estate Services director, based in the firm’s Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania office. In her new role, Bellinger will focus on enhancing service delivery to clients, building HDR’s Real Estate Services practice and maintaining an effective companywide practice community across market sectors.
Before her promotion, Bellinger was HDR’s North Central Real Estate Services lead and Illinois section manager. She has been with HDR since 2009 and has served as project manager for the Chicago to St. Louis High Speed Rail project and Mountain View Corridor Program Management project in Utah, and assisted with initial right-of-way work for the award-winning Colton Crossing grade separation project in California.
Prior to joining HDR, Bellinger was a project manager for O.R. Colan & Associates, where she served as relocation manager for the O’Hare Modernization Program. Prior to joining O.R. Colan & Associates, she was the real estate manager for the city of Tacoma, Washington.
With more than 30 years of experience, Bellinger is recognized throughout the industry for her skills in federal acquisition and relocation management. She has served as the International Right of Way Association Chapter President for Puget Sound Chapter 4 and Illinois Chapter 12, and chaired the International Asset Management Committee. She is a licensed Real Estate broker in Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky and Utah.
